The Modus Vivendi villas are located on the highest point of the famous Akrotiri area in Santorini, offering fantastic views of the Aegean Sea and sunset. Accommodating up to six guests in its 110 square meters, each three-bedroom villa exudes the tranquility and allure of a Cycladic oasis that has it all: sweeping views over the volcano, a comfortable living area with open-plan kitchen, a spacious outdoor terrace with furniture, and sunbeds.

More specifically the villa offers an upper-floor master bedroom, overlooking the volcano & caldera from the bed, with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. This bedroom opens to a private terrace overlooking the caldera. Two ground-floor bedrooms with king-size beds sharing a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a showerhead. A living area with a flat-screen TV and open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining table which comfortably seats up to 6 persons.
